The 2016 version of Microsoft PowerPoint is the newest release of the PowerPoint software that is included in the Microsoft Office 2016 suite. Then when they load going to certain ribbon tabs can take upwards of 10 seconds for the ribbon to switch and then load. Sometimes over 40 seconds to Load Word or Excel. Really, the load times on these applications are absolutely insane. It's an iMac with the 2.6GHz i5 and 8GB RAM with the Platter Drive. Here's a tip: Use your software on a machine without an SSD.
